TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.GENERAL

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are valid between the customer and CAMERON STUDIO (“CS”) and apply to all orders placed on the website www.cameronstudio.com.au (the “Website”). CAMERON STUDIO reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time.

2.ORDERS

By placing an order on the Website, the customer confirms to have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and have read and understood the Privacy Policy. The customer agrees that any and all information provided is accurate and complete. All goods ordered by the customer are for private and domestic use only and not for resale.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If any product(s) ordered are temporarily or permanently out of stock, CAMERON STUDIO will contact affected customers.

All prices listed on the Website are stated excluding shipping charges. Orders within Australia include 10% sales tax. CAMERON STUDIO reserves the right to vary prices and shipping charges at any time, and is not bound by the price until CS has accepted the order by sending the “Order Confirmation” to the customer.

3.PAYMENT

CAMERON STUDIO accepts payment by VISA / MasterCard / American Express / JCB / Union Pay, and payment through PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

Credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the customer’s payment card refuses to authorise payment, CAMERON STUDIO will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

4.DELIVERY

The shipping charges for an order are provided at checkout. Goods will be sent to the address provided by the customer. Please note that shipping charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. The customer is responsible for any additional charges.

CAMERON STUDIO aims to dispatch orders within 1-3 days of receiving the order. Once a parcel has shipped, the customer will receive a tracking notification via e-mail from our delivery partner. Delivery delays that occur once the order is with our delivery partner are outside the control of CS. CAMERON STUDIO operates Monday through Friday, excluding Australian and Victorian public holidays.

8.WEBSITE

CAMERON STUDIO makes no warranty that the Website will meet customer requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. CAMERON STUDIO does not accept liability for any inaccuracies or typographical errors contained in the Website and reserves the right to change information at any time and without notice, and is under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product advertised at an incorrect price. CAMERON STUDIO cannot be held liable in the unlikely event of a breach in our secure servers.

The content of the Website is owned and controlled by CAMERON STUDIO. In accessing the Website, the customer agrees they are authorised to utilise the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. The customer is not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium), transmit, distribute, adapt or change in any way the material for any purpose without the prior written consent of CAMERON STUDIO.

9.VIOLATIONS OF TERMS

CAMERON STUDIO reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the Website.

10.CAMERON STUDIO’S RESPONSIBILITY

In no case whatsoever will CAMERON STUDIO assume any liability for indirect damages or in the case of force majeure such as government action, new legislation, labour conflict, war or threat of war, major disruptions of public order, extreme weather conditions, natural disaster, accident or other circumstances beyond CAMERON STUDIO’s control and which CAMERON STUDIO could not reasonably anticipate or have overcome.
