PRODUCTION
Select CAMERON STUDIO pieces, typically 9k gold items, are made to order. Expected production time is noted in the product description, commencing the first business day following the date of purchase. Please note the studio does not facilitate size adjustments and customisation.
Orders are processed Monday > Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The studio is closed to appointments by the public.
DELIVERY
Australia
The studio offers free standard delivery on all orders, and complimentary express shipping on orders over $500. Australia Post Express Service is available for $15. Tracking details are provided via email once orders are dispatched. Shipments do not include a delivery slip; the studio adheres to a no-paper policy so as to reduce waste.
New Zealand
Australia Post Express Service $30 AUD. Tracking details are provided via email once orders are dispatched. Please note duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments do not include a delivery slip; the studio adheres to a no-paper policy so as to reduce waste.
International
Australia Post International Service $30 AUD. Tracking details are provided via email once orders are dispatched. Please note duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments do not include a delivery slip; the studio adheres to a no-paper policy so as to reduce waste.
RETURNS
CAMERON STUDIO offers exchange or credit on orders within 14 days of product delivery, subject to stock availability. Items are to be returned to CAMERON STUDIO in original condition, with all original packaging and absent of damage or indication of wear. Any items returned worn or damaged (marks, scratches, dents) will not be accepted for exchange, and returned to the customer at their cost.
To initiate a return contact store@cameronstudio.com.au, ensuring to note the order number. The original shipping bag can be used to return the item(s), with use of the second adhesive strip. Please note the customer bears responsibility for the product(s) until delivered to the studio, and should retain a copy of the return shipping receipt.
CAMERON STUDIO offers an extended exchange period for gift purchases. Please reach out to store@cameronstudio.com.au to discuss.
Shipping costs are non refundable, including original and return fees. In the case of an item exchange, CAMERON STUDIO may invoice for delivery of the replacement item(s) to the customer.
CAMERON STUDIO does not provide refunds for change of mind, or accept return/exchange on sale product.
REPAIRS AND FAULTY ITEMS
To request a product repair, contact store@cameronstudio.com.au. Repairs will be invoiced for at the studio’s discretion, including in instances of clear product damage by the customer. All repairs incur a $10 delivery charge.
For any issues with received goods, contact store@cameronstudio.com.au within 7 days of product delivery. Returns will be assessed by CAMERON STUDIO. In the event of a product fault, CAMERON STUDIO will repair or replace the original product. Items not deemed as faulty will incur a $10 return delivery charge.
