PRODUCTION

Select Cameron Studio pieces are hand made to order, requiring up to five (5) business days for production. The studio allows two (2) business days’ handling time for all orders. Please contact online@cameronstudio.com.au with any queries.

The studio does not currently facilitate size adjustments and jewellery customisation. The studio is closed on weekends, and Victorian and Australian national holidays.

DELIVERY

Australia

Cameron Studio offers free standard delivery via courier, on orders across Australia. Express shipping via Australia Post Express is available for a flat fee of $15 AUD. Tracking details are provided via email once orders are dispatched.

New Zealand

Express delivery to New Zealand is provided via Australia Post Express for a flat fee of $30 AUD. Tracking details are provided via email once orders are dispatched. Duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

International

International delivery is provided via Australia Post International for a flat fee of $30 AUD. Tracking details are provided via email once orders are dispatched. Duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Cameron Studio offers an exchange or credit note on orders within 14 days of the date of delivery (subject to stock availability). Items are to be returned to Cameron Studio in original condition, with all original packaging and absent of any marks or damage. Goods are to be returned via a trackable method at the cost of the customer. To initiate a return, contact online@cameronstudio.com.au for details on how to proceed.

For gift purchases, contact online@cameronstudio.com.au to discuss an exchange period extension.

Shipping costs are non refundable, including original and return delivery fees. In the case of an item exchange (change of mind/size exchange), the delivery of the replacement item/s will be invoiced to the customer. Subject to the studio’s discretion, Cameron Studio may waive this fee.

Cameron Studio does not provide refunds for change of mind.

REPAIRS AND FAULTY ITEMS

To request a product repair, contact online@cameronstudio.com.au. Subject to the studio’s discretion, Cameron Studio will invoice for repairs beyond a period of wear or in instances of clear product damage by the customer. Repairs will commence once payment is received. On a case-by-case basis, Cameron Studio may waive this fee.

For any issues with received goods, contact online@cameronstudio.com.au within 7 days of the customer having received their purchase. Faulty returns will be assessed by Cameron Studio. Items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty and additional shipping fees may be incurred to re-deliver these items.

In the event of a product fault, Cameron Studio will repair or replace the original product and cover delivery of the replacement item/s. This is subject to the studio’s discretion.
