SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

All Cameron Studio pieces are made to order. Please allow up to five business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Delivery throughout Australia is complimentary, via courier. Tracking numbers are provided once orders are despatched. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Victorian and Australian national holidays.

International orders over $500.00AUD are complimentary, via courier. International orders under $500.00AUD will incur a $30.00AUD shipping fee. Tracking numbers are provided once orders are despatched. Duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Cameron Studio offers exchange on orders within 14 days of receipt of purchase, subject to stock availability. Items are to be returned to Cameron Studio in original, sellable condition, absent of any marks or damage and with all original packaging. Goods are to be returned via a trackable method. Cameron Studio does not provide refunds for change of mind.

Shipping costs are non refundable, including original and return shipping costs. In the case of an item exchange, Cameron Studio will cover the delivery of the replacement item/s.

FAULTY ITEMS AND REPAIRS

All Cameron Studio pieces are finished by hand and inspected thoroughly prior to despatch. Faulty returns will be assessed on receipt by Cameron Studio. Items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty and additional shipping fees may be incurred to re-deliver these items.

In the event of a product fault, Cameron Studio will repair or replace the original product and cover additional shipping fees. On a case-by-case basis, some repairs may incur a fee. Repairs will commence once payment is received. Faulty goods are to be returned within 7 days of receipt by the customer via a trackable method.
