SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
all cameron studio pieces are made to order. Please allow up to five business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Delivery throughout Australia is complimentary. Cameron Studio delivers via Australia Post Express Service. Tracking numbers are provided once orders are dispatched. please note orders are not shipped on weekends or victorian and australian national holidays.
International orders over $500.00AUD are complimentary. International orders under $500.00AUD will incur a $30.00AUD shipping fee. Cameron Studio delivers internationally via australia post standard international delivery. Tracking numbers are provided once orders are dispatched. please note any duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
Cameron Studio is happy to offer an exchange on all orders within 14 days of purchase, subject to stock availability. Please note that refunds are not available for change of mind.
Items to be exchanged are to be returned to Cameron Studio in original, sellable condition, absent of any marks or damage and with all original packaging. Goods are to be returned via post with tracking.
Shipping costs are non refundable. This includes original shipping costs and return shipping costs. In the case of an item exchange, Cameron Studio will cover the delivery fee of the replacement item/s.
FAULTY ITEMS AND REPAIRS
All Cameron Studio pieces are finished by hand and inspected thoroughly prior to dispatch. Faulty returns will be inspected on receipt and assessed by Cameron Studio. Items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty and additional shipping fees may be incurred to re-deliver these items.
In the event of a product fault, Cameron Studio will repair or exchange the original product and cover the additional shipping fees. On a case-by-case basis, some repairs may incur a fee. This fee will be invoiced and repairs will commence once payment is received. Faulty goods are to be returned within 14 days of being received by the customer via a trackable method.
